WhatsApp Business Setup gives you a complete business profile, a catalogue of up to 30 items, greeting, away and quick replies, labels to sort your chats, a short link and QR code, and a chat button on your website.
Campaigns and automation, coming soon
WhatsApp Campaigns (up to four broadcasts a month to customers who've opted in) and WhatsApp Automation (menus, chatbots and order and booking notifications) run on the WhatsApp Business API, and are coming soon. Their prices are shown so you can plan; ask us to tell you when they're ready.
WhatsApp charges a fee per message on the API. Those fees are always extra and billed at Meta's cost.

WhatsApp Business Setup starts from LKR 15,000 (USD 150 outside Sri Lanka), one-off. You get your exact price on a written quote; prices exclude VAT and SSCL.
When will WhatsApp Campaigns and Automation be available?
They're coming soon. Campaigns will start from LKR 25,000 a month and Automation from LKR 75,000 setup + LKR 10,000 a month, plus WhatsApp's message fees. Ask us and we'll tell you when they're ready.
Can ads send people straight to WhatsApp?
Yes. Click-to-WhatsApp ads are part of every Paid Ads package, starting with Ads Starter on Facebook and Instagram.
